Where can I buy more foam tubes for the steel poles ?

You can email us for a price or Clark Rubber and Bunnings has them.

How long does an order take to arrive?

It normally takes a week to make and then depending on your location,  .  

How long does the courier take ?

Orders on the Sunshine Coast, Sydney, North Sydney, and South Sydney  are personally delivered weekly. NSW Central Coast and South Coast are personally delivered fortnightly. 

Other metro NSW and QLD areas take up to 4 days by courier. Regional areas need another day or so. 

SA, VIC orders take 7 to 10 days.  .

WA orders 10 to 14  days . . 

Can I get a custom rack built ?

Yes, just email us what you want.  We have made quite a few custom surfboard racks and skateboard racks.

Do you ship internationally?

No, only in Australia.

How to select shipping Option on Checkout ?

Once you get to the Shipping  Options, there will be many options for NSW and QLD. Select one if you are in these areas otherwise for all other areas in regional QLD, NSW and other states , select the cheapest courier options  either : Couriers Please Authority  or Aramex (formerly Fastway) or Courier Australia Wide.
